Quartz Inverted Mesa Blanks
Xeco Inc. has been producing inverted-mesa blanks for over twenty years using one of the most innovative processes ever developed. XECO's utilizes a full photolithographic process to pattern both the mesa structures and electrodes and uses advanced etching systems to chemically mill the mesa areas.
XECO offers both un-plated blanks and those patterned with electrodes, from frequencies from 20 MHz to 1.2 GHz (fundamental). Currently XECO is tooled to manufacture over 20 different blanks of various sizes and mesa designs and can produce custom designs to meet a customer's specific application.
